Kate Gosselin And Her Eight Are Heading Back To TLC One Hour Special
"Thank goodness it will be for a one hour special." Kate and her eight are heading back to where it all started – for one night only. It's been more than two years since TLC viewers have peered into the lives of Kate Gosselin and her siza ble Pennsylvania brood, and in June the cable channel TLC that launched the family into reality show super stardom will air a one-hour special catching up viewers on their lives, PEOPLE magazine confirms exclusively. The special promises to touch on how all eight kids have grown, what their interests are currently and the latest on Kate's life and career. Viewers will also get a look back at some of the Gosselins' favorite memories. The sextuplets – Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah, and Joel – are nearly 10, while older sisters Mady and Cara are officially teenagers at 13.
The Gosselins took reality TV by storm when Jon & Kate Plus 8 launched in 2007 when the sextuplets were just toddlers. America eagerly watched the couple raise their large family, and the cameras continued rolling when Jon and Kate's marriage famously fell apart two years later. In 2010 the series was renamed Kate Plus Eight and focused on the now-divorced Kate raising her many children, but the show was canceled a year later.
PEOPLE magazine readers got a glimpse of Gosselin life now when Kate and the twins sat down for an interview at the beginning of this year. In it, twins Mady and Cara painted a picture of domestic harmony – despite semi-joking that their mom is 'annoying' – and refuted reports that participating in the reality show had a negative affect on their childhood.
"People think we're supposed to be messed up, like, 'Oooooh, the poor Gosselin kids, they're going to be scarred for life, waaaaah,' Mady told PEOPLE at the time. "Here's the big news: we're not messed up

As Always, Open Discussion
If anyone out there in cyberspace - who followed and know the complete history (from 'almost' day one) of Jon and Kate Gosselin -- this blog is for those who want to discuss and show their support for Jon (even if everyone thinks he is a "douche-bag" he's still the father of the Gosselin 8. Jon has made mistakes in his past. He has apologized for those mistakes and to everyone through the media and to Kate - even if she wouldn't let him apologize to her face to face, Jon has apologized to Kate (more than I can say for Kate, "She has not apologized to Jon or the public yet.") No matter what you think of Jon, I support him as a person and the father of the Gosselin 8 and for all he's been through, especially with his 10 year marriage to Kate Gosselin. If you're not a supporter of Jon, that is your decision, do not attack any of my posters or me (T) on this blog or demand anything from my posters or me (T) that justifies our support for Jon. If any attacks or demands are made against my posters or me (T), you will be deleted from this blog. It is our right to support Jon and our freedom to express our opinions about Jon. If you don't like it -- that's too bad!
Well that all she need is one day she is really a desperate woman wanting to be a celebrity
ReplyDeleteThose kids are very messed up, they are going to need a lot of therapy when its said and done with. Kate is just aching to get attention again. Using the one hour to try to fool TLC into giving her another show and using the children to do it too
ReplyDeleteGreedy, desperate, fame hungry is Kate and the children has to be part of the game
