Scandalous! Jennifer Lawrence: At The 2014 Oscars Without Underwear

"I think if anyone - celebrity or not - attends a awards ceremony like the Oscars, women and men should have respect for themselves to put on a pair of underwear, especially women - its so scandalous!" Jennifer Lawrence turned up the sex appeal at the Vanity Fair Oscars bash on Sunday, March 2, trading her sleek red carpet Dior Haute Couture gown for an edgy Tom Ford mini that required her to go without underwear at the annual Graydon Carter-hosted event.  "My opinion -- Jennifer needed to wear that Dior Haute Couture gown or any other gown made by Dior, or just a regular dress for Christ sake." Jennifer's frock featured a metallic shattered-glass design and sheer paneling on the sides and back that left slivers of the Oscar nominee's bare hip and thigh exposed. She also made over her makeup, upgrading her cat-eye to a sexy smoky eye.  Jennifer had quite the night, despite losing the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award to 12 Years a Slave newcomer Lupita Nyong'o. Upon arriving at L.A.'s Dolby Theatre before the show, she tripped over a cone and fell into a woman in front of her -- which made her a prime target for host Ellen DeGeneres.

"Jennifer Lawrence, by the way, I'm not going to bring up what happened last year," DeGeneres quipped in her opening monologue. "It's ridiculous. Something like that happens and it's embarrassing, and then people just talk about it. For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, last year she fell on her way up. Let's just show the clip," the host joked.  "And you know the thing about when you fell out of the car tonight when you were getting out the car? No one needs to know about that," DeGeneres continued. "I'm not going to mention that. She fell on the way out of the car," the Oscar host explained to the crowd. "Like, on an orange cone, you tripped or something. If you win tonight, I think we should bring you the Oscar."

As Always, Open Discussion

If anyone out there in cyberspace - who followed and know the complete history (from 'almost' day one) of Jon and Kate Gosselin -- this blog is for those who want to discuss and show their support for Jon (even if everyone thinks he is a "douche-bag" he's still the father of the Gosselin 8. Jon has made mistakes in his past. He has apologized for those mistakes and to everyone through the media and to Kate - even if she wouldn't let him apologize to her face to face, Jon has apologized to Kate (more than I can say for Kate, "She has not apologized to Jon or the public yet.") No matter what you think of Jon, I support him as a person and the father of the Gosselin 8 and for all he's been through, especially with his 10 year marriage to Kate Gosselin. If you're not a supporter of Jon, that is your decision, do not attack any of my posters or me (T) on this blog or demand anything from my posters or me (T) that justifies our support for Jon. If any attacks or demands are made against my posters or me (T), you will be deleted from this blog. It is our right to support Jon and our freedom to express our opinions about Jon. If you don't like it -- that's too bad!
